Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Deliveries to foreign countries:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the shipping weight:
The permissible total weight of 31.5 kg must not be exceeded.
The respective shipping weight can be found in the respective item description.
If you order more than one item and exceed the total weight of 31.5 kg, the shipment will be split into several packages.
The shipping costs are then calculated individually for each package

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 5-10 days, for deliveries abroad within 14-21 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
Terms of payment
For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:

- Payment in cash at the time of collection
- Prepayment via transfer
- Payment via credit card
In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:
- Payment in cash at the time of collection
- Prepayment via transfer
- Payment via credit card
If you select this payment option during the ordering process, we will provide you with a link to Cardprocess after receiving your order request via our website.
The payment is then processed by the company Cardprocess, a service provider of the Cooperative Financial Group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken.
Your credit card details are not stored on our system; but in the context of the payment processing enter your data directly on the bank server.
Your credit card account will be charged immediately after the payment is completed.
